How I Started:
I've actually been working out regularly for almost 4 years but my workouts mostly consisted of hours of cardio. I've only recently begun seriously lifting weights and trying to gain muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at myself in the mirror everyday and imagining what I CAN look like and eventually WILL look like.
This is about two months into lifting weights and adding protein to my diet. I'm not in love with this look yet, but I'm just getting started!
By the way, I'm a size 6 now... my 4's are waiting for me in the closet.

Congrats on moving into lifting instead of just cardio. so many women wont beleive it when someone tells them that the way to get the body they want is to add weight lifting and protein to their routine.
I am pretty good Michelle, I am sorry that I did not get to respond sooner. My training has intensified as I try to get back into playing my two favorite sports--hockey and football. Well, gotta run but I will hit you back later. Keep up the good work and stay strong.
