just stopping by, dropping off some motivation!!! here is what you need to do, k? - write down your WHY's - Why do you need to lose weight. there is probably lots of reasons if you just start to think of them... read over them every day. Also make a concrete PLAN, lets say for the next 30 days and stick to it. realize that's VITAL for you to do this just like it is to pay your rent or mortgage. you cannot do without... commit!!! get into action, today!

gaaw punisherman, don't have a pic yourself, don't have an entry but some random posts, don't have anything here - but left me sum comments about acne that are in fact freckles and to veiny when it's admired by others..... a little compliment wouldn't hurt, people put effort in their bodies and profiles, unlike you. show us whatcha got, then complain, k?

p90x - a very powerful program, requires 100% committment and is (too) tough for 100+ ... try dvds from the "Biggest Loser" TV Show. The programs are demonstrated by all sorts of "sizes" and therefore encourages to maximize ones capabilities. You will see 100+ break a swet at 1/2 performance of an exercise, and still understand that that doesn't make one a failure. for detox - in general - your body is supposed to "detox" itself just by applying good nutrition and anti oxidants. more then likely though people do not get in all of the nutritions that it takes to consider a diet healthy, unless you make sure your body gets 114 specific nutritions in. I use a 21-Day cleansing system (one of my products, just ask me about it) to deep cleanse VERY gently, and daily nutrition shakes (also my own products) to maintain detox. it's easy this way :-)

You want to focus on reps. Lean muscle is in charge of metabolism, which in charge of your ability to burn calories. But - as long you have too many extra pounds, you're technically "wasting" valuable energy to lift those, instead of letting your body build muscle. Best would be to drop your weight via cardio at calorie burning HR, and lift weights without bulking up. make sure you're on best nutrition at all times, or you might lose hard earned lean muscle.

i know how to change it...... i changed mine from being almost at 25% BF (i was considered "skinny-overweight", it's a disorder) to an amazing 6.4% in only 6 months WITHOUT WORKING OUT!!! and have kept it there for a year now... how i did it? e-me at maddcareer@hotmail.com, running out of characters here haha! - micha

yeah... started on a program that i found here on bb... we'll see :-) i have a yukon right here in my nutritionclub, so it's hard NOT to work out now - gaining weight i think is gonna be a tough one, since my metabolism is extremely high... i've been adding protein like crazy for 6 mo without working out and don't gain anything, so maybe lean muscle will a little? hope so.... hapve a great day

thanks for the compliment on my son :-) sure am proud of him... and yeah the pic is fairly recent - last spring, and definetly before i ever thought about lifting any kinds of weights... my hair is straight now, but otherwise it's all the same... i'll see if i can't get this posing thing figured out to take some decent start-up pics, something to compare for later... and yeah.... i am 38 and luvin it!
