I want to gain lean muscle and build my body up *** MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOOOOOD! <3.
Goal (Long):
Being a mother of four with a body with natural muscle I now want to get out in the world of bodybuilding. I am proud of my body, but would like to improve to prove myself that there is no age limit to staying fit and healthy. Being determined to do this I am eager to find out what I have waiting for me...

Banana Split Pie! - Makes (16) 8oz individual servings:
Mix 2 cups of Herbalife Formula1 Pina Colada Shake Mix, mix with 2 cups fat free milk until smooth, add another 3 cups milk until smooth. Add 3 small packages of sugar free fat free Jell-O Bananaa Pudding, mix well. Add 1-20oz can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. Take Keepbler Crust and place in a 1 Gallon zip lock bag, crush well, divide 1 TBLS ea in the bottom of 16-8oz containers, add 1/2 cup of the mixture in each container, top with cool whip, Marashino Cherrie, and Walnuts. - Kepp in Refrigerator or great to freeze too! - Enjoy!!!Banana Split Pie! - Makes (16) 8oz individual servings:

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Healthy food already tastes great! Grease, deepfry and FastFood is what makes it nasty... And the shakes I drink come in 7 different flavors that let you use your imagination without end!!!! it's wednesday morning - time to update my BB a little..... i had the flu - what a bummer, and it set me back for miles and miles. i tried some workout this morning, but my body is just not fully up to it all, so i will have to ease myself back into it. i felt so good after just that one week...
Thanks for adding me. Yeah, I had 2 protein shakes already (it is 445PM now LOL). I trained 2 clients today and did cardio myself. Your progression is going smoothly; keep up the good work.
Micha: You have that body and 7.4% bodyfat and you don't work out? You could be scary if you even applied a 50% effort. Your natural gifts, many women would die for. Good luck, I'm sure you will be fantastic. You pretty much are already. =) Marc
