Just curious how much cardio do you do? I think your results so far are awesome I want to build my back as well, what is your workout consist for like reps and sets? I have problems with getting my lower abs, arms, and back thickness

The only cardio I do is bag work, as for lower back I guess that was from deadlifts - They're the best!
