Lift heavy and often
For me it is easy. Lift heavy and often. Any cardio, endurance, HIIT, or any speciality training is worked in when required. Whenever I am lifting however, it is simple. Lift heavy, for mass, eat right and lift often.

Changing up for cutting
This is Monday - Thursday
Breakfast #1: (0430)
Banana and Protein shake
Breakfast #2: (After ariving to work around 0600)
8 egg whites, 2 patties Turkey Sausage
Meal 3: (0900)
Sliced apple and 4 TBSP Almond Butter
Meal 4: (Lunch around 1130-1230 depending on meetings)
8 oz chicken breast or Tilapia w/ 2 cups broccoli
Pre workout (1400ish):
banana with Suppliments
Post workout (1530 ish):
Postworkout shake with suppliments
Dinner (1800ish):
12 oz Tilapia or chicken breast w/ 2 cups of broccoli or kale.
Meal 7 (2100ish): Casein powder

Depending on what I am doing, depends on my program. But somethings remain constent.
Preworkout:
I always have a pre-workout unless I am going to do HIIT that is going to have my heart racing like Insanity or training similar. I prefer C4 and Jack3d, alternating between the two but I have also grown found of Assault by MusclePharm and I always mix in 5 grams of BCAAs. (If I am not taking a preworkout, then I will mix 5 grams of BCAAs with 4 oz of water and shoot it before I go train)
Post-Workout:
High protein shake such as Nitro Tech or Cell Tech after every workout with L-Glutamine. If I am doing weight training, I will add a dose of Creatine. With my post-workout shake, I will include 5 grams of BCAAs as well.
Daily
Multivitamin: I use GNC's Mega Mens switching between Sport, Joint and Performacne & Vatality while doing weight and heavy training (October - Feburary) and AMP Ripped Viatpak during cutting and HIIT training (March-September).
I also take Ultra Mega Green Men's Vitapak to ensure I am getting all my "green foods" nutritional requirements.
Fish Oil: 1000 - 1500 mg per day.
While Cutting: I will take some thermogenic, depending on what is on sale usually Hydroxycut Hardcore, Lipo 6 Black, or Cellucor Super HD. While I am taking these, I will not take a preworkout that contains sugar or caffeine.
While bulking: I will drink two whey protein shakes a day to bump my "meals" up from 5 to 7.

I am motivated by failure and acceptance.
I must admit, my motivation has fallen off a little since I started dating Natasha. HAHA! I remember being in the gym and after a workout I wouldn't want to do my core training or my HIIT training and I could tell myself, "No woman wants you because you are too fat!" or "You are not good enough, not lean enough, not big enough!" and I would push through.
Now that I have been in this relationship for almost a year now and I get told all the time how sexy I am, I don't push myself as hard as I used to. HAHA!
So, I have thought about and I came up with a new motivation; I want to be in better shape than the boys my girl-friend's daughter will start bringing home since she is almost old enough to date and be able to scare the shit out of them without the sterotypical act of cleaning a gun or threatening. I just want my arms, chest and shoulders to do the talking while I don't have to say a word.
Oh, and remain cut enough so her friends still think I am hot because it annoys the hell out of her! HAHA!!
