How I Started:
When I first moved to Orlando Aug 1996. A group of guys that I was stationed with helped me get started.
Why I Love It:
I love working out- another place to get my fix. Its one of my favorite methods of releasing tension.

Goal (Overall):
I want to be a lean 180lbs for my return to soccer in Jan 2010.
Goal (Long):
While I was home in May, I noticed I was slow while playing soccer. I think 195 was too heavy for me, especially since I was never able to trim down my waist. I intend on doing cardio at least three times a week for 45 mins and spending more time on ab workout.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 8 lb

How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I prefer biking cause its stationery- doesn't cause undue strain on lower back and is easier on knees than a tread mill.

Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
I use a heart rate monitor that monitors pulse from palm.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
I am for 124, that 65% of total heart rate for my age. At this heart rate I burn the most fat calories.
