How I Started:
I seen the documentary, "Pumping with Arnold" and realizing how skinny I truly was and needed to change that.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because when I am in the gym getting the pump I am in my own state of mind and I feel unstoppable. I also love the healthy lifestyle that comes along with it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Buying magazines such as Flex, Muscle and Fitness, etc. And wanting to look like the guys on the cover of the magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
I managed to gain 30 pounds of muscle in only 2 months which was almost impossible for me since I am a hard gainer.

This is a pic of me when I was 140lbs I was very skinny with no muscle. In case your guessing im the shrimp to the left, and in the middle is my younger brother, yeah younger sad hes twice my size lol.
I finally decided to make a change to start bodybuilding and dieting for Mass and gained 30 pounds. I was very satisfied with my results, but for some reason people still said I was skinny, so now I wanty to reach 220 lbs and under 10% BF.
I want to gain 50 pounds of Muscle Mass so I can compete.
Goal (Long):
I have been a small guy all my life, and was always called the skinny little guy. In high school I was 5ft nd weighed 85 pounds I was a shrimp. I was tired of women being stronger than me and decided I wanted tot do something about it so I started to lift weights, I have came a long way now weighing 170 and I am 5ft 10in, I now feel I can improve 10 fold and want to put on 50 pounds of muscle mass and still maintain a low bodyfat percentage so I can start competiting at the amateur level.

Thanks for the add. U'll never be called SKINNY again that's a fact. And with those goals you won't be competing at the Amateur level very long. Quick ?....So many Military personnel here on this site, and all getting HUGE. Is there a secret US military plan to secretly train the next MR. Os for the next few years in Iraq?
