thanks for the tips man ....doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?
LOL... TRYING... I'm in the process of re-assessing my schedule, to see how it better fit in workouts so they arent such a random happening. THen I should do much better!! Thanks for the support!
