I have certainly been putting the work in, and seeing the results. I won't have update pics until wednesday of this upcoming week, but the past week of workouts and running was amazing.

Workout Program:
Mon/Wed/Fri: light-weight high-rep total upper body, pushups.
Tues/Thurs: 3 mile run, abs.
Sat/Sun: Rest, maybe some light work on either day depending how I feel.

Right now running is twice a week, but will increase further to four days a week, 30 minutes in the morning.

I don't run because I have terrible knees. I do 20 mins HIIT intervals and the rest lit...it's been kinda cold so I've been doing them on the wavre machine at the gym. But when I am in the park I usually change it up. Sometimes aroound the reservoir and other times on the trails. It's going to be beautiful this week!
