How I Started:
A couple of my friends introduced me to the idea of bodybuilding. Ive always wanted to lift weights and get bigger and after my mom finally got me a gym membership card for christmas, I realized that this is what i want to do
Why I Love It:
I like the gains/The results, gettting bigger and increasing my overall health. I always like pushing myself to lift as much as i am comfortable with and raising my standards for myself so i can keep improving
How I Stay Motivated:
I see people all around me that i want to look like, this keeps me motivated when it goes through my mind that someday, i will look just like that
Thanks for the great comment; I really appreciate the support! Am maintaining my weight but ever so slowly losing bf all over. Have noticed ripped look in intercostals as well as abs. Do you know your bf? It must be very low judjing from your wt., ht. and GREAT muscularity.
