I started lifting in high school for football but didn't get serious until recently.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its only you against yourself. If you don't grow its only because of yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that I am not getting any younger and if I don't kick it into gear now it only gets harder as you get older.
