i just got board and started playing with weights and now i really like the effects so now liftings for realz for me.
Why I Love It:
because i seen the effects on other peoples and its just fun to lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
i just think pain only last for a little bit and looking at bodybuilding pics.

you can try taking weight gainers.. Smart Gainer from IDS is a pretty popular choice lately.
