When I Started: Mar, 2007
How I Started: i just got board and started playing with weights and now i really like the effects so now liftings for realz for me.
Why I Love It: because i seen the effects on other peoples and its just fun to lift.
How I Stay Motivated: i just think pain only last for a little bit and looking at bodybuilding pics.
BB Accomplishments: to get on at least 30 punds of mass this summer and smash at football..
