Looking to shred this fat I have been carrying around for the last 9 years. Doing P90X, Cardio and Strength Training to make it happen. I'm 38 but feel like I am 28 and getting younger everyday.
Finally benching 200 on decline! acheived my goal two weeks early! Need to put up 75's on incline by christmas and 200 on flat bench by christmas..putting up 180 now for 4 reps.
