This is true we do have the same motivation, and we both know that UMP is delicious, no other company like them. LOL. Well if you are ever in Buffalo sometime maybe we can train together, it would be fun. Deadlifts and you could push me on abs because I see that you like them. I wont lie, I blow em off a lot...HAHAHA

Thank You!! No I am not doing the Rochester or the Syracuse. I need time to train and grow. But I will more than likely be going to the Rochester show though.
