i have been doing the push pull off legs workout its all going good but the push days kinda crazy after doing flat bench 5x5 then incline DB bench for 4x10 i try to do seated shoulder press but cant do alot of weight beacuse im already tired should i just use less weight on them or should i do shoulders on leg day or a seperate day please help me asap thanks for all the help:)
