Background

When I Started: Jun 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I've always been so interested in sports and fitness. Since elementary school, I played organized basketball all the way up to high school. It was not until I was in the military that I fell in love with bodybuilding. The point where I wanted to compete was when I saw a bodybuilding show in Japan. I thought to myself, I can do that, and I have never looked back.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The reason I love bodybuilding is the discipline and commitment one has to make it to be successful in this sport. I've always loved competing and bodybuilding is a great way for me to let out my competitiveness.

Mike is a Great Person, and very down to earth. I get inspire, because I know I will learn a lot from him and hopefully he learns from me too, but also so we can inspire and motivate others in what we do.

Due to several reasons, most of them is genetics. Most ectomorphs have a very high metabolism which in turn burn a higher caloric intake than a mesomorph and endomorph. In terms of a normal person's point of view who doesn't bodybuild. This might be a very suitable body type because they will most likely stay thin and have low body fat. But, on the other hand for...
