pretty well- am bulking now - but wanna do it clean so i gain muscle with minimal fat so that way diet down will not be so drastic.. hows yours?

good buddy,im at 170lbs pretty happy laying cardio,but keeping high reps and superstes and surfing every saturday 4 3-4 hours that should keep me at that weight,still doing abs every second day lets see how it goes, wats up wit u? (take ur pics in light)

Morning....Work has been a bit hectic but fun..Health wise things are getting back to normal.staying away especially from restaurants lately....real drag BUT I MUST or else some serious shopping on the way.
