helenawf I like the chocolate. Casein is a cool protein cause you can make it into a pudding by using less water. I like to eat it before bed as it is a slow processing protein that can be used all night long as the body repairs itself. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Hugs, Wendy Dec 14, 2012 3:24pm

helenawf Hi Mike. Thanks. I was really sore this a.m. I think the physical therapy might be aggrevating it right now but I will press forward towards my goals. As for casein, in the past not too many manufacturers made them. I have only used Optimum's casein but I liked it a lot. Dec 14, 2012 3:23pm
