Goal (Long):
Today is May 7 2007 I weigh 205 lbs pretty solid guy... I need to loose fat and bulk I need to take control this truly a personal jorney also. I will have talk about this later when I start a blog. I giving myself 90 days see what I can do like they say Rome was not built in a day.... I can take one step at a time. I'm so serious about my health maybe one day I can be on a stage. If you dream it you can have it with hard work diet and exercise and postive thinking. And I know this time I have what it takes to sucessful.

i would suggest going and getting the newest FLEX and MD magazines. In addition there is a book by flex at muslcesuff.com called "H.U.G.E." its a great book and well worth $24.
