I starting bodybuilding to gain mass and strength to play sports at competitive levels.
Why I Love It:
It shows what you can accomplish if you really push yourself and set your mind to it. Never giving up and pushing yourself for more.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and seeing myself with the potential that I have. To improve in sports and fitness expectations that I have set.
BB Accomplishments:
There is no accomplishing. You workout hard and benefit from it. If you don't stop, your body doesn't either. That's all their is to it. If you accomplish something, it means you reached what you want. Now I want to be the best I can be. So where would you stop; there is no stopping!

Injuries that come from over training or too heavy of lifting.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I'm not to sure but I would have to say Dead lifts because of all the pressure on your back.
