Overall Goal: Im at 255lbs right now. Today I just started my diet. It is time to get cut. Water weight no more. My goal is to get down to 10% bodyfat while maintaining all the muscle I have gained this year, so hear we go. Pics will be posted shortly.

How I Started:
I have worked out off and on since I was 13, but stop lifting when I was 20. Then the fall of last year I decided skinny was not a good look anymore, so I got back after it and started bulking up.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump when training, the fact you get to see your results, the attention, and the challenge
How I Stay Motivated:
Its so much a part of my life motivation is not even a problem. I look foward to every workout. If I didnt train it feel like something was missing out of the day. Like not taking a shower or eating dinner.
BB Accomplishments:
When I was 17 I went from 170lbs to 235lbs just taking creatine and watching my diet. I benched 350 before I turned 18. Now I can do 315 on incline for a few reps, do barbell lunges with 315 for ten reps, leg press 10plates a side(after having hernia surgery I dont mess with squats), and im about 255lbs now. I was at 205 when I started back up last year.

260lbs w/10% bodyfat, 500lb raw bench, 20 inch arms, and legs to complete the package
