Five-Day Split
I am currently limited to working out over my lunch break...
5-Day Split - Workouts are four exercises (4 Sets per exercise) in the 8-12 Rep Range (Always to failure) with 60 seconds of rest between sets. I will pick up cardio on weekends via Tennis.
Back (Mon) - Bi's/Tri's (Tues) - Legs (Wed) - Shoulders (Thurs) - Chest (Fri)
NOTE: I tack on 4 sets of 1 Excercise of either Calves or Abs at the end of every workout (Alternating)

10:00 am - 8 oz Meat/1 Cup Brown Rice
11:00 am - Gym
12:00 pm - Post Workout Shake (2 Scoops)
3:00 pm - 8 oz Meat/2 Cups Veges
6:00 pm - 8 oz Meat/1 Cup Complex Carb/2 Cups 2% Milk
9:00 pm - 2 Scoops Casein
