When I Started: 2004
How I Started: Well, I have always wanted to have muscles since I was a little kid, when I use to watch wrestling a lot. When i was about 14, I started lifting weights, but all I knew to do is up right rows, concentrated dumbbell curls and bench presses. It wasn't that interesting at first to me, but a few years later I started to really love lifting weights. I've been lifting now for about 2 1/2 years now.
Why I Love It: Man, that's a hard question. I just love everything about it. I love feeling the burn in my muscles after doing a set. I love looking in the mirror and seeing myself get bigger and bigger every single day.
How I Stay Motivated: What keeps me motivated is music. When I'm working out, I listening to a lot of rock. Mainly a lot of Linkin Park. If anyone is looking for some music to motivate themselves, listen to Linkin Park.
BB Accomplishments: I don't really have any real bodybuilding accomplishments, but I am very proud of myself going this far. There are some people who can't even last two days in the gym. I just hope now to continue lifting weights, get bigger and maybe try to compete one day.

What is the best age to start lifting weights?

Avoid using too many barbell exercises. Use more dumbbell exercises to give each arm the same amount of workload.

erick, supplements play a significant in muscle recovery/recooperation. you have gotten yourself off to a great start. keep training hard and eat right. remember, rest is the key to growth. good luck bro!!!

I still got tapes of recorded episodes too... nobody appreciates the awesomeness of DBZ anymore. Good luck attaining that 6 pack. I'm working on that too, because we all know it helps out with the ladies!
