yea i am trying to do some cardio each day, minimum of 20 min. but trying for 30+. when i get back from vacation i may have to tone down to 4 days a wk.

hey there, very good. i worked out both sat. and sunday. heading to the gym now, even though i hate to workout "after" work. LOL, i am sooo much better in the mornings. slowly my results are beginning to show. keeps me motivated. hope yours was great!!

was a lite one today as well. been working a lot so body is tired. tomorrow morning will be much more intense.

yea i have the frame. i am having fun working out and seeing the results everytime i look in the mirror.
