I WAS OFF SINCE HIGH SCHOOL, I FIGURE IT WAS TIME AGAIN, GET IN BETTER SHAPE.
Why I Love It:
IS A WAY TO GET HEALTHIER, KEEP STRESS OFF, OR AT LOWER LEVEL, FFEL GREAT TO LOOK GOOD OR BETTER. LOVE THE CHALLENGE.
How I Stay Motivated:
I JUST DO IT. "NIKE" I HAVE A GOAL AND I NEED TO ACHEIVE IT. EVERYTIME I SEE PEOPLE IN GREAT SHAPE IT MOTIVATES ME AND REMINDS ME I AM NOT WHERE I WANT TO BE YET.
I will, thanks...Noticed you've just done a 10-day fast. Wouldn't recommend doing this again, as it can seriously **** your body up, and won't help you LOSE fat (weight you lose will only be from water and food, as your body will go into 'starvation' mode and hold onto the fat). Believe me, I used to do this, and although, after a while it may FEEL good, it's not conducive to your health.
