I used to lift for football in 7th & 8th grade but didnt take it seriously,went a fish in high school me and my boys would hit the weight room everyday after school so we started seeing more and more results so i ges the habit jus stayed..

I just take Green Tea pills and occasionally Arsenal X to get a little energy before i work out. I find that most over the counter supplements are a joke. Protien bars do wonders for me. What about u?
thanks man, i am in a business training class for work for 3 weeks away from home. I have not been able to hit the gym. Im SO PISSED RIGHT ABOUT NOW! But i will hit it hard soon as i finish this stupid trip. Hope u having fun in the gym.
