i have spinal degeneration! and put my back out last year while squatting, was out for 2 months, chiropractor weekly =[

You don't have spinal degeneration. Thats just what the chiro's tell ya to keep you in pain and keep you coming back. Read Dr. Sarno's "Healing Back Pain" and get back to your life and outta the chiro office.
