How I Started:
Well, I just started mainly because after retiring from the army, I from 210 lbs to 285 lbs. It was time to change for me and my wife. Besides I would like to be around for any grandkids my son may have in the future
Why I Love It:
As of today(3/17/2009) can't say I love it but, am getting more and more into my transformation.

   Well, I hurt my knee about 1.5 months ago and haven't worked out since then, doctors orders.  getting ready to get back to doing something.  I have been walking a little and i still umpire slowpitch softball which doesn't seem to bother me.  Also, if anyone can give me...
