When I Started:
How I Started:
I have been working out off and on for years, but really haven't been serious or consistent. I saw pictures of a friend of mine who competes and I was inspired to really change my life. I can't thank you enough! I am finally sick of looking like the StayPuff Marshmellow Man! As I am getting older it is getting worse, so it's time to take action.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at the pictures/profiles of the Bad Ass bodies on Bodyspace - serious motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
Not throwing up after an intense workout!

hi there! the acv has the more immediate effect for me. started with 2 small shots morning/evening and by the next day i was already cleansing. now i sip 2 teaspoons acv with honey and hot tap twice a day. wheatgrass is more of a longterm overall good effect. one of those you-just-know-you-are-doing-so mething-great-for-your-body shots. already my skin is looking GREAT and i am feeling great! i mix OJ or grapefruit jc with it. grapefruit chases it the best! best of luck. pls stay in touch!!!

MHunter, Thanks for reading and replying to my blog post. The words of encouragement were truly appreciated! Also, I took a look at your progress photos and your coming along nicely. I can already tell that with a little more development your biceps, back and traps are going to turn heads! Keep at it!

Thanks for your input. I appreciate it. The observation/motivation blogs are getting harder to keep original, but if you enjoy them, it is damn sure worth the effort.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. It's awesome having a toilet in the living room, but the only problem is that I get in trouble if I try to use it. Have a good one and good luck on you goals.

Michael, glad you enjoy the blogs. Knowing that they are enjoyed and even looked forward to is exciting to me. Regarding your goal, it's all about CONSISTENT exercise, healthy eating, and rest. Stay in touch. I'll help as much as I can. Cheers, Mike

Thank you so much. Honestly I don't know completely what my parents have gone through but I know it has been hard on them and my lil bro and sis but I am SO grateful to have such a caring and supportive family. And I hope that someday I won't have to go through with something like my parents have with my own children.

Yeh beef jerky isn't too bad before bed, as long as there isn't any high sugar flavorings added to it. Lowfat cottage cheese with some ground flaxseed added to it would be a better choice because the casein in the cottage cheese will digest slow and give long lasting amino acids to your muscle while you sleep keeping your body more anabolic. Hope you have a great weekend!
