Flat Bench & machine
Incline bench& machine
Fly Machine
Cables top & bottom
Push ups - until failure

Day 2 - Rest

Day 3 - Back/triceps

Pull ups
Lat pull-downs
Tbar rows
seated rows
barbell rows

Tricep pushdowns
Skulls
single tri pulldowns

Day 4 - Legs

Squats
legs press
legs extension
leg curls
Calves

Day 5 - Biceps

Dumbbell Bicep Curls
Hammer curls
Hammer bar curls
Reverse grip curls

Day 6 - Shoulders/traps

Military Press
Dumbbell press
Shoulder press machine
Shrugs - dumbbell and barbell
cables - "cutlers"

Day 7 - Rest

**500 sit-ups/crunches everyday
