To be confident and strong. I also want to look awesome when I take off my shirt at the beach or pool.
Goal (Long):
I have always been athletic, but slim. Previously, a runner and swimmer, I have decided to focus more on bulking up and welcome advice that more experienced lifters might be willing to offer. Thank you.
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Undoubtedly, the person who wastes time on a machine because he/she is talking on the phone

Where do you get your workout programs?

Okay, I realized my last schedule was not working for me so I am changing a few things up. I found that in doing my chest exercises that I was fatiguing my biceps some, so...
Hey man, thanks for the nice comment, I really appreciate it! Looks like you're making good progress, as well! You look good without a shirt and its getting to be that kind of weather. Nice work, keep it up! -Ray
From your progress pictures it is clear that you are indeed making progress. It never seems to happen fast enough, but keep at it and you'll get to your goal. Keep up the great work.
Hey guy, I'm having a blast with chest cable pulleys high and mid height--mid to mid-heavy weights. Also bench presses are an awesome exercise--blasts the pecs. Whatever you do, DON'T overtrain--hit the chest 1x week and then rest it so it can heal and grow. Be consistent and stay focused. Think long term--what will you look like 6 months from now.
Hey Matt, thanks for stopping by, just good physical stewardship man, you only get one body. People live too short and die too long. Dont want to be one of those. Treat the cause and not the symptom man. Best, JJM
thx for the add and the kind words. It really means a lot to me. Keep your pump and motivation. Never give up under any circumstances. Pain is weakness leaving your body. Know all of this and you are good to go.
