How I Started:
I became a Christian in 2006 and needed to start participating in activities that were more to that type of lifestyle. I began lifting weights to get in shape. I was on Bodybuilding.com and read an article by Lane Norton about natural bodybuilding. I was immediately obsessed with the idea... and that began the long road.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding offers me a release from the everyday grind of life. It also helps me to feel better about the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a reoccurring dream about being on stage in front of a croud of people and being extreamely out of shape. It scares me to death.
