First let me explain that I'm housesitting for my parents while they are out of town. For the past two nights I've been binging on ice cream, cookies, candy bars, cereal, anything sweet I can get my hands on. I had a problem with this last year for about six months but was able to overcome it....

Life is fine, and workouts are going smooth too...the only thing concerned is the diet which i m unable to follow these days :(
