How I Started: I decided that I was extremly out of shape and needed to improve myself. Also, I felt that by working out, it would help me perform better in other sports
Why I Love It: It releaves a lot of that teenage stress and I feel better after working out.

So after still getting no results with the protein I got a trainer to create a program for me.  Starting 8/6/07 I will be using this program.  Will have an update in a month.
