Background

When I Started: May 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I decided that I was extremly out of shape and needed to improve myself. Also, I felt that by working out, it would help me perform better in other sports

WHY I LOVE IT:

It releaves a lot of that teenage stress and I feel better after working out.

New Program

So after still getting no results with the protein I got a trainer to create a program for me.  Starting 8/6/07 I will be using this program.  Will have an update in a month.

Well it has been a little over a month since I first started working out.  I haven't really seen much of a change.  Therefore, I started taking whey protein today.  If anyone has any advice, I am more than willing to take it.

Today was my first official work out.  This is also the day that I took my first progress pics.  I'm open to any suggestions and would appriciate any help.
