Overall Goal: In 2009, I lost 15% of my body weight in fat, going from fat and unhealthy to lean. I'm now focused on building more lean body mass, trying to do so without adding back much body fat. Since hitting my "low" of 208 lbs, have gained back 13 pounds.

How I Started:
Started at age 15, continued off and on until 24, took a 15 year break, back at it again since 11/08.
Why I Love It:
Feels good, love making and reaching goals, dropped my cholesterol by over 100 points, like looking good
Put on some more muscle in shoulders, a little in arms, back, and legs. About 10 lbs heavier since the summer - BF a bit higher but not too much. Need to tweak my cardio and diet to get BF% back into single digits.
