Background

When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

Sick of being fat and when I lost weight with just diet and cardio, I was left being skinny fat. It dawned on me that to build a body I loved I would have to define it with muscle.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love finding new definition and that my body is changing. I love that I am getting stronger and that is sexy. I am starting to feel healthier than ever!

Day 1

Started Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer yesterday, I am sore today but it feels fantastic!  I have been eating clean for 3 days now, at first I couldn't imagine eating that often but now I am hungry right on the 3 hour mark.  Took today off due to a migraine, but early to bed and then starting Day 2 first thing in the morning!  Got to get some cooking done for the week though!
