I do five days of strength training & 30 minutes of high intensity interval cardio 4-6 times a week.
Monday (the 7th) I'm starting a new program that I put together (for the first time). It's five days: chest/triceps, lower body, shoulders, back/biceps, abs (Ashely Conrad's routine). I'm going to lift heavy & keep my rest times short. I'll rotate through each exercise & then repeat each circuit. Plus, I'll do high-intensity-interval cardio every other day for at least 30 minutes.

My nutrition regimen has been my Achille's Heel since Day One.
I don't have a specific plan. Or even a consistant plan. I need one.
Typically I stay away from processed foods & sugars and eat chicken, fish or eggs as my animal protein source. I'm not allergic to anything. And, there really isn't many foods that I won't eat.
I've been trying (for the last 3 weeks or so) to limit my carb intake to 150 grams per day & up my protein intake to 200 grams per day. During a regular week, I'll eat 1400-1600 calories a day spread out over 5 to 6 meals. However, it seems, every weekend I don't eat at proper intervals & I usually go WAY over on my caloric & carb intake & drop way below my protein intake.

I don't just want to inspire the person that has a lot of weight to lose. I want to inspire the person that wants to build muscle too.
I have a lot of work to do still but I've also come a long way from where I started. I've learned a lot of about myself in the last year. I've experienced a lot of set-backs & celebrated a lot of achievements. My body is a crazy, wonderfully-made, stubborn, beautiful thing and I've just begun to see what it's capable of. I want to treat my body like the Gift that it is. And because it's not me, but Christ that lives within me, I will succeed at this.
My ultimate goal is to someday become a personal trainer/life coach & help others love themselves & acheive their goals. I'd also like to compete in a figure competition (just to say that I did it).
