What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
N0ot keeping a log to track progress.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Take the time to learn proper lift form and track everything.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Depends on how loudly and often--but there are times when you just need to.

Well I got through week 1 without incident although I missed one Cardio day. Pushed myself on the days I did go thoguh so I hope I made up for it. Yesterday I did my first day of three-set full body circuits of twelve excercises. I'm trying to go through them with as little rest as possible...
