Background
Used to lift a lot for sports in high school, but during my junior year I was in a really bad car accident and was in a wheel chair and crutches for months. By my senior year completely had given up on sports and working out. I went to college weighing around 200 pounds and way outta shape. However i got very sick and lost the freshman 40. So i was skinny again and couldnt even bench my own weight and I decided enough was enough. Started working out this year and havent looked back since.
