Just working out to get firm and fit,then i develop a passion for the energy rush that you get from a good workout. Then i just got more into it!
Why I Love It:
It's my addiction and medicine! nothing better than that daily dose of confidence after a hard workout.

Thats a little hard for me since i need constant stimulation. Mental pictures help. But music is key!!
