So after watching so many bodybuilding videos and reading countless articles i going to 💯% Commit to doing a bulking diet and hitting the weights hard. I'll be doing cardio for some fat loss. Hopefully i can lean down a bit while im putting on muscle so we will see in the next 4 months and i will document my it on my Instagram and facebook so wish me luck
