Summer before first semester of college. I started surfing somewhat regularly. Surfing didnt do much for my body except maybe give me a nice tan. This is the earliest full body picture I can find.

Here's my with my surfboard before college. my quads still non existant even though I just used them. my arms are skinny and the surfboard felt really heavy. I am very very skinny here.

I am definately 118 lbs here. Very skinny, look at my legs. This is me eating whatever I want in whatever quantity I desire.

I can see a smidgen of muscle coming through. This is a photo of be getting ready for a crew pimps and hoes party. Our coach had us doing alot of cardio to build up endurance so here I was a bit leaner from losing some 'fat' like I had any. I believe I weigh approx 116 lbs here.

this was taken just after some rowing. A very unflattering photo but it shows some progress in my legs. If you look down near my left knee there's my itty bitty quadricep making an appearance.

Here's a photo my mom took of me on our roadtrip from Melbourne to Key West. My arms look muscular (in comparison), my biceps are bigger and my delts are pretty nice too.

I quit crew before I went on spring break. This is in Puerto Rico. I kept running and lifting light weights to stay fit. The running was awesome I had lots of stamina, my calves were defined and my hammys were gorgeous. Not to mention my mood was fantastic, I had a few runner's high type experiences and was totally hooked. I ran all the time. However after spring break I failed to get back in the gym and since then have been feeling kinda bleh

Here I'm a healthier weight, I don't look anorexic, my legs are nice and toned. Earlier this day the photo was taken I had some ab-age going on but this is a bloated beer belly I'm sporting here. I'm feeling really moody because of the greasy PR food and my legs were aching for a run the first half of the week. Here was the day before I came back and that feeling had subsided and I felt lazy all the time. Terrible.

too blurry but while i can't bench as much as i could in crew, im more defined and the muscle especially in my biceps feels denser. I'm going to add cardio in for 10 weeks and see what happens.
