I want to live healthier and start treating my body well early in my life. I want to be happy with how I look and always have a positive body image.
My goal is for someone to look at my body and be jealous.
Why I Love It:
working out makes me feel happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend pushed me to start one of these things to keep me motivated but what also helps is looking at my school's cafeteria food.
according to my boyfriend i look pretty skinny here. I don't really have an opinion on it.
too blurry but while i can't bench as much as i could in crew, im more defined and the muscle especially in my biceps feels denser. I'm going to add cardio in for 10 weeks and see what happens.
I've been blessed with a body that doesnt gain weight easily. I say blessed because that's the typical complaint girls have about their bodies, they think they're too fat. I've never thought that about myself and feel lucky to have a body that looks healthier than it is.
I believe I'm at a healthy weight right now and I want to keep it that way. Now that I'm in college I REFUSE to be another statistic and gain the "freshman 15". If anything, college should be a time where you take control of your life, your future and your body.

While I've quit crew, I've come away with alot: knowledge about how to lift weights and the skill of waking up early in a good mood. The muscle tone is a plus as well.
