How I Started:
I had to be in shape for lacross, so I started running on a daily basis.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I have total control over my body. Nobody can workout my body but me.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my family and seeing how beautiful and confident everyone could be if they just took the time to excercise.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost a lot of my bodyfat, and my abdominals are visible for the first time in my life.
