I started lifting regularly in 8th grade. I fell off for a couple of years and started partying ALOT!! But then one day I looked in the mirror and decided that's not what I wanted to be or do. In about a year and a half I have dropped about 80 lbs. and feel great!
Why I Love It:
I have so much more energy! I have a much better look out on life and actually work toward my goals instead of just thinking about them. I am usually always in a good mood, even during low carb! And, I can actually have my shirt off without trying to hide that beer gut I found while partying!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have the most beautiful and wonderful girlfriend that does the diet and training with me! It makes it so much easier when the person you spend the most time with doesn't want to eat shit! She is actually the one that motivated me to get up on the stage and show off all of the hard work!
BB Accomplishments:
2nd place in the 2009 NGA Utah Novice Lightweight, 3rd place in the 2009 NPC Utah Open Middleweight, and hope to add more soon!
Aubrie = Perfection! She always has positive energy and never sells anyone short! She always looks for the best in everything and everyone, even when they don't deserve it ;) She has the most beautiful personality and to me... she is PERFECT! She makes me strive to be the best I can be in the gym and by her side! I love her to pieces!
wow man, thanks. how long do u cut up befor a show? last summer i was 167ish and kinda cut up. this winter im shooting for 200pounds then to cut down. is that to much weight to pack on? oh and kinda off topic.... a huge goal of mine is to be in a bodybuildin mag any tips by chance?
well I eat fast food atleast 3 times a week and I drink energy drinks. I just need to take a nutrition class so I know what to limit and what I need to eat more of and just to balance things out better.
I would like to do one. I just dont know to much in the way of contest prep and how judging works. How do I find out where and when the competitions are?
Things are going great. I'm kinda slackin a little at the gym tho. How are things for you? when are you doin you next competition?

Jason has had me keep the salt in the diet and I feel like I got a tone of water on me... How much cardio did you do befor the contest?? I just bagged 3 or 4 midgets a week for my cardio. Not sure how much it helped, but it got the heart rate up! lol -- Should I up it to 7 midgets a week???

I got me some Mito about a month ago and I am super excited to get the cycle started! After you told me about it I had to buy it lol! The Animal ads are sweet!!! Who is doing your photo shoot??? Do you think if I did a bunch of speed and cocain the week before the show it would help me get super shredded??? haha anything to win right?? lol. When is the photo shoot??? Nothing like looking like a monster infront of a camera! lol. I am on my own for this next competition, so any help or advice is much appreciated! Haha! Your pretty lean at 175. Five more pounds you must look like a beast!! How much do you thing you will cut down to??? Between the cocain and slapping strippers I have been working out later at night switching between Roy and Layton. I need to go back to morning though for school reasons!
