When I Started:
Apr, 1992
How I Started:
I was fascinated by movies starring bodybuilders since I was a child.
Pumping Iron by Arnold Schwarzenegger is what inspired me to start going to the gym when I was 14.
At that time I could not imagine that it was impossible to reach that Olympia standard without taking anabolic drugs, but I got to know very soon :|.
Since no natural contests take place in my country I stayed away from competitions for a long time. Since 2005 I started doing a lot of reasearch and got matured in the sport to be able to compete without taking drugs.
I focus a lot on diet to get as lean as possible and try to train hard to maintain as much muscle size as possible.
Why I Love It:
I makes me feel great, self confident and fulfilled. Besides it helps me stay healthy and take care of my internal and external physical self.
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I feel while I am working out makes me want to keep on going through this adventure of building a healthy body.

Main goal is to stay as lean as possible while living a healthy life the NATURAL way.
Goal (Long):
I strive to gain as much muscle as my natural body can permit while keeping my bodyfat in the low range. Even though it is almost impossible to find contests where all competitors are natural, I still try to do my best to reach high standard while staying clean from anabolics / stimulants.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Arnold Schwarzenegger's upper body and Tom Platz lower body :). That's impossible because I do not take drugs.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lower back - no recovery possible. I try to find other ways to train my lower back muscle. The best way I found is to reduce weight and reduce rest between sets. This way I can still stimulate muscle growth and reduce the pain. Sometimes the pain is so reduces that it seems like it healed.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Most exercises can be dangerous if not lifted properly. We hear of weightlifting injuries all around the body, however the most common are the lower back and knee. The two body parts are the two that receive the most tension, and improper movement while loaded with weights can easily damage the joint structure. Most exercises can be dangerous if not lifted properly.
