WELL, I am the mother of 4 awesome little boys! That will do some serious body damage! But, I have gone on "fitness kicks" on and off since I was about 25. By 25, I had two kids and was divorced. So, I got in shape, attracted a new hubby, and had 2 more kiddos. So, I did it again. Well, its been a rollercoaster ever since. I am trying to get down to 125, as a gift to myself in my 35th year.
Why I Love It:
I am not sure that love is the appropriate word to describe how I feel about working out, but I do love the way I look/feel inside and out after doing it.
I want to have plenty of muscle to help me burn more fat, and of course wanna look great in a swimsuit
Goal (Long):
I really would like to be at 19% bodyfat! For me that means about 125 lbs. Today, 4/14/09, that means I need to lose about 16 lbs. I have been working out and am very happy with my muscles, but can't seem to get below 140. I am adding Hydroxycut for awhile, on top of a very clean, low calorie diet to try to break this plateau. I want to lose 2 lbs a week. But right now am stuck! Hopefully can get this done by August. Vacation time!
