I looked in the mirror one day and decided it was time for me to take care of my body.

I think about the end result. I also think about a set date in the future and how I am going to look on that date, and the energy and stamina that I am going to have when that day happens.

Able to start to move around, still have brace on. Only able to put partial weight on leg, Knee pops and cracks a lot while trying to walk on it.
A little progress, have been sedentary for almost 80 days. I have just now started to be able to get around. This is day 1. I am still unable to do lower body at this time , but soon i will.
My fitness goal is to completely Transform my body from 265 lbs of blah within one year and gain more strength.
Goal (Long):
I was injured in 1991 with a herniated disc at L5 S1 with the two disc above it severely degenerated, I totally unable to care for myself for almost two years, I ended up on disability for over six years, when I returned to the work force I had jobs that were not physically demanding. I have become Fat and have no energy or strength. I want to have a body that I can be proud of. I don't want to settle for being like this anymore! I would like to be 210 pounds, with 15% body-fat, and be able to do at least 300 on the bench press. I intend to turn my life around and pursue a career in Physical training. I intend to do this in the next 12 months!
