This was when i was first really starting to gain weight. I went from a fat kid to a scrawny kid to this then.. (to my recent picture) lol
this was after my week off from the gym, plus i'd just downed a weight gainer =P

I'd like to be a solid 180. ditch the scrawny arms. get an overall bigger stronger body. i have a six pack so thats great but i havent gained ANY weight since ive started. my bodys definitely better but i need improvement. i want to be able to bench 2 plates in low rep sets.

haha, you should stop in more often. my training is going good. id like to add about 5 more lbs then just get ripped.
