MMA Mckyle You know unfortunately I didn't keep exact track of my body fat as I just went by the picture progress. If I had to guess I would say I probably started around 13% and got down to around 5%? It's tough to say but the best gauge of how well you're doing is going to be weekly pictures IMO. If you're not seeing the results you want week after week slowly start reducing the calories you consume until you can definitely see more definition. PM me if you have more questions. a68claret My diet is poor I can leave the drink and I,ve stopped smoking but I,m struggling with Fish and chips and pies its my north of England upbringing but I,m working on it I,ll get there! Glad to hear your trainings going well looked at a proper gym here in Burnley but only in there 10 mins and they were offering me steroids not my bag so I left May 17, 2009 7:57pm
