Hey long time no talk. I haven't been on this in ages. I updated my stats and ive relied ive gotten a lot stronger. This website is a great motivator. How many days a week do u train?
My diet is poor I can leave the drink and I,ve stopped smoking but I,m struggling with Fish and chips and pies its my north of England upbringing but I,m working on it I,ll get there! Glad to hear your trainings going well looked at a proper gym here in Burnley but only in there 10 mins and they were offering me steroids not my bag so I left

I,ve started the training it aint pretty lol I used to be able to run not anymore but i,ll get there lol. How about you has the weight loss slowed down ? You have to pay to see the doctor? is it an insurance thing like in America?
Perhaps you need to go to the doc? Iwould definately get that checked out its alot of weight. I,m back in trainig but also training for a half marathon in sept so I think I,ll just focus on leaning out and try for size after september
Good luck with the toning once your done just put lean mass on simple! lol sounds so easy doesn,t it?got an ear infection can,t stand for long or get it cold so no trainig for me :( From the photo I would have said you were heavier than me you must just be more toned! damn ! not sure in kilos bout 110 i think ,234lbs too much fat though but i,ll get there gunna have to start running again though :( thought I,d left that behind when I left the army
they say the first 4 weeks are just getting tuned in and don,t expect progress must admit it was pretty easy yesterday but i,ll focus on my form for when it gets heavy. Hows it going with you? did you gain any weight back yet? I went to london over the weekend ate way too much junk food 18hr day to watch my team get beat 3-0 but it was a great day how weird does that sound??
That really sucks with the weight you,ll get it back I,m sure I,m going to start a 5x5 routine next week just getting the figures together need to up my strenght my compound lifts really blow! numbers are way too low but I,m looking foward to it getting proper addicted to this lifestyle now :) Keep at it Mike and watch out for the grotty clubs! hope you have a good week
